Job Title: Sales Director - Automotive - Midlands based

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + £10,000 Bonus, + Company Car & Excellent company benefits

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Automotive sales team in the Midlands region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with distributors and end-users, and leading a team of technical sales engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors and end-users
  • Lead a team of technical sales engineers to achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Proven success in sales at director or management level
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
