Arable Farm Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Arable Farm Manager to lead our arable operation in the West Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our 600-acre arable crop farm, ensuring optimal yields and efficient farm operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and soil agronomists to optimize crop production and farm efficiency.
  • Ensure farm equipment maintenance, welding, and repairs are carried out to maintain high standards.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
  • Manage data and records, utilizing systems to optimize yield and inform decision-making.
  • Support the beef unit as needed, ensuring seamless integration of arable and beef operations.
  • Hold a full UK driving license and possess a telehandler and forklift license.
  • Have a strong understanding of farm compliance and Health and Safety regulations.
