Job Description

We are seeking a Human Capital Management Expert to join our team at With Intelligence, a leading provider of investment intelligence with offices in the UK, US and APAC.

About the Role
  • This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our global people operations function and drive business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.
  • You will be responsible for embedding our team values and transforming existing ways of working to create a global, efficient, and fit-for-purpose policy, process, and procedures framework.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Experience
  • IDentify and implement opportunities to improve Moments that Matter in the employee experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and build trust, transparency, and credibility in our service delivery and HR brand.
2. HR Leadership Team and Strategy
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategy and align it with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team to support the implementation of HR initiatives.
3. Thought Partnership and Project Management
  • Act as a thought partner with senior leadership to integrate new work, processes, businesses, markets, and projects across regions and the wider business.
  • Lead HR projects, including acquisition employee integration and onboarding requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an international HR operations manager.
  • A true HR generalist with excellent knowledge of all aspects of HR operations, including payroll and processes, and a good understanding of employment law.
  • Commercially astute to understand and impact business objectives, with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
Estimated Salary:

£90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
