The Social Care Department is actively seeking a professional to work within an award-winning service located in the Denbighshire area. The service is a homeless charity that provides support services to individuals who are homeless or vulnerably housed.

The Service operates across Denbighshire to assist in the prevention of homelessness due to family breakdown, landlord and tenant disputes, and neighbour disputes.

Job Overview

  • Title: Conflict Resolution Specialist
  • Location: Denbighshire
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Shifts: 37.5 hours a week
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Estimated Salary: £24,000 per year
  • Immediate start: Yes

About the Role

You will provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with complex needs, which includes observing, monitoring, and keeping a record of patient conditions, treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty. You will be helping with their progression through a care pathway to live as independently as possible.

Requirements

  • To ensure that individuals are aware of the mission, aims and objectives, policies and procedures of the projects and the duties, responsibilities, and obligations of staff.
  • To manage referrals according to the procedures and eligibility criteria of the project.
