We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Commercial Management. This role will be responsible for devising and delivering solutions for complex and/or large scale property assets within our portfolio to ensure they meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, create strategies for, and action solutions to optimise our property assets in line with our business plan.
  • Review complex lease and management arrangements and be confident in identifying commercial approaches and negotiations with key partners and agencies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the domestic housing market and the operations and regulation of registered housing providers.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on property-related matters.
