About the Role

The purpose of this role is to develop and implement effective solutions for complex and large-scale property assets within GreenSquareAccord's portfolio, ensuring they meet the needs of the business. This involves identifying, creating strategies for, and executing solutions to optimize property assets in line with the business plan.

This role requires the ability to identify assets that do not meet the needs of the Group and its customers for financial, quality, compliance, or other reasons, and to develop a route to optimization through ongoing management or disposal. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge and experience of undertaking asset portfolio reviews, modeling of property performance, and identifying strategies for management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize property assets
  • Conduct asset portfolio reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Model property performance to inform decision-making
  • Identify and develop strategies for management of complex lease and management arrangements
  • Develop commercial approaches and negotiate with key partners and agencies
