We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Risk, Assurance and Compliance Team. This role will play a critical part in coordinating and supporting the delivery of effective Risk and Compliance practice across the Trust.

The successful candidate will lead the administrative arrangements for the Risk, Assurance and Compliance functions, working closely with Managers to support the use of compliance, assurance, and risk management processes throughout the Trust.

The role will involve coordinating various meetings, taking high-level minutes, preparing papers, and maintaining Action Point Registers. The candidate will also develop and lead the preparation of compliance and risk management reports/briefings for internal and external meetings.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the administrative arrangements for the Risk, Assurance and Compliance functions.
  2. Support the use of compliance, assurance, and risk management processes throughout the Trust.
  3. Develop and lead the preparation of compliance and risk management reports/briefings for internal and external meetings.
  4. Review and interrogate qualitative and quantitative data.
Requirements
  1. Educated to a degree level or equivalent specialist knowledge through experience.
  2. Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
  3. Risk management qualification.
