About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Associate to join our team in Exeter. As a Risk Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the firm's legal and regulatory framework is robust and effective.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing conflicts of interest and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Providing advice and guidance on AML/financial crime matters, data protection, and SRA Accounts Rules
  • Handling claims and complaints, and managing key compliance processes and procedures

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk and compliance, with experience working in risk and compliance teams within law firms, financial institutions, or regulatory bodies.

We are looking for a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE or equivalent foreign qualification, who is confident and efficient, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
