Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Risk, Assurance and Compliance Team at South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient running of the Risk, Assurance and Compliance functions.

Main Duties of the Job
  • Lead the administrative arrangements to ensure the smooth operation of the Risk, Assurance and Compliance functions.
  • Collaborate with Managers to support the use of compliance, assurance, and risk management processes throughout the Trust.
  • Develop and lead the preparation of compliance and risk management reports/briefings for internal and external meetings, presenting these in person if required.
  • Work across both the risk management, assurance and compliance functions, planning and organising a significant number of processes to ensure the Trust manages its responsibilities effectively.

Person Specification
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent specialist knowledge through experience.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
Previous Experience (Paid/ Unpaid Relevant to Job)
  • Significant and highly relevant administrative experience in a busy office environment
  • Experience of complex database management
  • Significant experience of writing management reports
  • Experience of producing and delivering training programmes.
