Job Title: 2nd Line IT Engineer

We are seeking an experienced 2nd Line IT Engineer to join our team at Identify Solutions. As a key member of our IT delivery team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering cloud solutions to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone or face-to-face, helping them set up systems or resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Support the roll-out of new applications and deal with escalations from our team of IT Technicians
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and Troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • Deploying and supporting Office 365 solutions
  • Implementing Microsoft Azure (IaaS) solutions & Windows Server Technologies including Virtualisation
  • Configuring/supporting storage area networks
  • Testing and evaluating new technology
  • Excellent telephone manners and communications skills with a strong customer service focus
