Job Title: 2nd Line IT Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced 2nd Line IT Engineer to join our team at Identify Solutions. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering cloud solutions to new and existing customers, providing additional cloud expertise in supporting and delivering public cloud technologies such as Office 365 & Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone or face-to-face, helping them set up systems or resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replacing parts as required
  • Support the roll-out of new applications and deal with escalations from our team of IT Technicians
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and Troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • Deploying and supporting Office 365 solutions
  • Implementing Microsoft Azure (IaaS) solutions & Windows Server Technologies including Virtualisation
  • Configuring/supporting storage area networks
  • Testing and evaluating new technology
  • Excellent telephone manners and communications skills with a strong customer service focus
