Cloud Solutions Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our team at Identify Solutions. As a Cloud Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering cloud solutions to new and existing customers, providing additional cloud expertise in supporting and delivering public cloud technologies such as Office 365 & Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their cloud needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure and Office 365
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based systems and applications
  • Work closely with our team of IT Technicians to ensure seamless delivery of cloud solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in deploying and supporting Office 365 solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS) solutions and Windows Server Technologies, including Virtualisation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
