We're expanding our London office and seeking a Lead Data Platform Manager to lead a world-class team of engineers and designers. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a business-critical domain.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia).

About the role

We're seeking a skilled Lead Data Platform Manager to drive the development and evolution of data modelling systems. You will be responsible for structuring and organizing data models that allow users to build relationships between tasks, teams, and projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to a strong product culture by establishing ceremonies and providing leadership within the Data Platform Group.
  • Data-driven product development: using customer insights, data trends, and feedback to optimize how users create and manage their workflows on monday.
  • Stakeholder management: analyzing user data and platform performance to refine and improve workflow-related features and functionalities.

Your experience & skills

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data models.
  • A strong technical background and experience working with engineering teams to develop data-driven products.
  • Proven ability to build and scale data structures that support complex workflows and organizational processes.
  • Experience with databases and tools like Redis, Snowflake, or similar, to handle large-scale data management.
