Manager of Custody and Community Operations

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Custody and Community Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Senior Support Workers and Support Workers local use of the Participant Support Fund (PSF) spend, ensuring it meets eligibility criteria and collating appropriate evidence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Senior Support Workers and Support Workers local use of the Participant Support Fund (PSF) spend, ensuring it meets eligibility criteria and collation of appropriate evidence and approving as eligible spend; uploading approved spend evidence onto the CATS database as appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have substantial operational experience contract delivery within one or more sites (including custody and/or community) and demonstrable experience of leading a team of case management staff to achieve programme objectives and KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
