About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Agile practice at emagine Consulting. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in helping our teams deliver successful projects and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and facilitate Scrum teams to achieve their goals and deliver high-quality results
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define customer journey vision and design, and ensure effective prioritization
  • Manage and coordinate project deliveries, resources, and remove blockers to ensure timely completion
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization of project objectives
  • Coordinate Release Management and Deployment to ensure smooth changes are communicated to users
  • Manage the QA process to ensure all changes are delivered to a high standard of quality
  • Deliver robust governance and risk management in line with bank policies and maintained through governance frameworks
  • Monitor performance and provide advice, guidance, and recommend corrective action to enhance performance and consistency
Requirements
  • Experience working within financial services institutions, ideally in the Regulatory domain
  • Experience working in Scrum teams and delivering business projects in accordance with objectives
  • Understanding and application of project delivery, including planning and tracking, risk and issue management, stakeholder management, and organizational implementation in an Agile environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework, including tools and techniques
  • Effectiveness in leading, coaching, and sharing best practice with colleagues
  • Ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
  • Certified Scrum Master or working towards qualifying
  • Experience utilizing project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services technology landscape
  • Ability to collect and analyze information to solve complex problems rationally and make decisions on time for enhanced productivity
