LRA Search is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Private Travel Coordinator to join our team in Central London. This exciting role involves coordinating travel arrangements for a high-net-worth family, ensuring seamless and efficient planning of their personal trips.

About the Role
  • Plan and coordinate holiday and weekend trips for the Principals and family members, covering all travel logistics (flights, accommodation, transport).
  • Prepare detailed itineraries, information packs, and required paperwork.
  • Cater to personal travel preferences, including arranging additional staff (e.g., housekeeper, chef) and pre-trip shopping.
  • Track travel expenses, oversee invoices, and ensure cost-effective booking.
  • Maintain updated travel diaries and ensure prompt communication of schedule changes.
  • Arrange guest accommodations and prepare invitations and activity guides for family and friends.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience handling multiple, simultaneous travel arrangements.
  • Experience with UHNW clients in a luxury setting is ideal.
  • Discreet, highly organised, with strong IT skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable to last-minute changes, able to manage multiple trips at once.
  • Strong attention to detail and established network for specialised experiences.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
Package
  • Salary of £45,000
  • 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends 'on call' whilst family is travelling
  • Office based in Central London 5 days per week
