Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
- Support clients with medication management and administration
- Help with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and adapt to changing client needs
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 (with a weekend rate of £12.50)
- Travel time and mileage reimbursement
