Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and provide tailored support to meet clients' needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and willing to learn. You'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
