Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework

Requirements
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and able to work independently. You'll need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. No prior social care experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you're equipped to excel in this role.
