Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthodontic Specialist Sales Representative to join our team at Straumann Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base in Scotland, while driving nationwide growth of our orthodontic specialist customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers in Scotland, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and engage with potential orthodontic specialists across the UK to expand Clear Correct's market presence.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Scotland and other key regions in the UK to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Educate and train dental professionals on the benefits and usage of Clear Correct products through presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication and service delivery.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the dental or orthodontic industry, preferably with a focus on clear aligners or related products.
  • Strong understanding of the dental market in the UK, with existing relationships with orthodontic specialists being a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Will to travel, particularly to Scotland at least twice per month.
  • Valid UK driving license.
