Turf and Turf Business Growth Specialist

Overview: The Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Turf and Turf Business Growth Specialist to join our Golf and Turf team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our turf business with Large Commercial accounts and Council businesses across NZ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential Commercial and Large Turf customers.
- Create and implement action plans to drive increased sales and identify product support opportunities.
- Mentor and coach sales force in day-to-day activities.
- Develop robust machine installation processes to ensure quality control levels are met.
- Be involved in association and industry activities to improve customer relationships.
- Understand tendering processes for Commercial and Turf products and assist branches where needed.
- Work on key accounts to create forecasts for equipment needs.
- Travel may be required.
- Relevant technical machine experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Turf and Commercial businesses.
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Candidates must be able to obtain a valid passport and travel internationally.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary package of $NZD 90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
