About the Role

Fintech-rec is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreign Exchange Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a client base of corporations, institutions, and smaller banks for their Foreign Exchange needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a client base of corporations, institutions, and smaller banks for their Foreign Exchange needs.
  • Sell Foreign Exchange and derivative transactions to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work with other salespersons across the network to open new Foreign Exchange relationships and cross-sell commodities clients.
  • Perform day-to-day tasks such as client prospecting, client onboarding, and responding to client queries.
  • Work closely with internal teams supporting the Foreign Exchange business, including Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding.
  • Manage client post-trade services and workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adhere to the operational risk framework.
  • Role model highest standards of integrity and conduct, reflecting Company Values.
  • Report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in FX Sales.
  • Strong pricing and structuring capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex processes.
  • Good knowledge of FX derivatives.
  • Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, with foreign languages a plus.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of risk and compliance requirements.
What We Offer
  • Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 (DOE) + Bonus Scheme.
