About the Role

Fintech-Rec Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled FX Sales Associate to join our team in the Global Markets division. As an FX Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing and managing a client base for Foreign Exchange, selling FX transactions intelligently, and collaborating with salespersons to open new FX relationships and cross-sell commodities clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a client base for Foreign Exchange, providing expert knowledge and guidance to clients on FX transactions.
  • Sell FX transactions intelligently, leveraging your knowledge of FX derivatives and regulations to provide value-added services to clients.
  • Collaborate with salespersons to open new FX relationships and cross-sell commodities clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Perform day-to-day tasks such as client prospecting, onboarding, and responding to client queries, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Liaise with internal teams supporting the FX business, managing client post-trade services and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to operational risk framework and company values, reporting policy breaches and escalating risk events as necessary.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in FX Sales, with a strong understanding of FX derivatives and regulations.
  • Strong pricing and structuring capabilities, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of FX derivatives and regulations, with the ability to communicate complex information to clients.
  • Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in a regulated environment, with a strong understanding of compliance and risk management.
