Highly Qualified Mental Health Specialist

Liquid Personnel is seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Mental Health Specialist to join our team.
This role involves conducting thorough assessments of patients' social care needs and developing tailored intervention plans to address these needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Carry out detailed health and social assessments, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
- Work collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to design and implement comprehensive care plans for a specified group of service users.
- Deliver evidence-based therapies and interventions to support young people with complex mental health and psychological needs.
- Social Work England registration is mandatory.
- UK work eligibility is required.
- A valid UK driving licence is necessary.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in Social Work, including time in Forensic Mental Health services, is desirable.
- Proven experience of working effectively with multiple agencies is highly valued.
- A degree-level or equivalent qualification in Social Work is required.
This is a full-time role requiring 5 days on site, ensuring consistency and support for our patients.
The salary for this position is £50 per hour, reflecting the level of expertise and qualifications required.
