About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at HMP Lindholme, a category C prison in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care and interventions
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (Mental Health) or equivalent qualification
  • Current NMC registration and experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
