Business Development Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Baltic Recruitment Limited. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in assisting the continued growth of our brand by building and maintaining a portfolio of business accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and engage with potential new accounts through various means, including outbound calls and emails.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive business growth and retention.
  • Assess and advise clients on suitable products and services, utilizing thorough questioning skills and the ability to assess and recommend in different scenarios.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Meet or exceed company targets and KPIs, consistently delivering results in a challenging environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong sales, objection handling, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Good IT skills, with the ability to competently use Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
