Interim People and Culture Manager

We are looking for an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join our team in North Leicestershire. As an Interim HR Business Partner, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and address key HR issues, providing strategic advice and guidance to drive business results. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's HR function, with a focus on change management, employee relations, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with change management projects, including restructuring, TUPE, and redundancy initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address key HR issues
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven background in HR
- Experience in change management, employee relations, and policy development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field (desirable)
