As Service Director for Young People, you will lead a dynamic team in providing outstanding support to unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people aged 16-18.

About the Role

  • Conduct referral assessments, placements, and admissions to ensure seamless integration of residents into our service.
  • Maintain accurate staff rotas and provide out-of-hours emergency cover to guarantee continuity of care.
  • Identify and address care and training needs to enhance the overall well-being of residents.
  • Oversee care processes, including risk assessments and care plans, to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a culture of excellence by conducting quality reviews and managing inspections to achieve Outstanding Ofsted ratings.

Requirements

  • Registered Manager's Award or Diploma Level 5 achieved within the relevant care environment.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, promoting diversity, confidentiality, and continuous development.
  • Supervisory experience in a relevant care environment.
  • Valid UK driving license.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of up to £62,000 per annum, inclusive of a £5,000 bonus upon achieving an Outstanding Ofsted inspection rating.
