**Job Title:** Temporary Customer Service Administrator

**Location:** Remote Opportunity

**Salary:** £25,000

**Duration:** Contract 3/4 months

The Professional services department at SF Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join our client's service department. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and dispatching orders for a UK customer base.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process and dispatch orders for UK customers and the NHS.
  • Create orders and promptly send acknowledgments.
  • Manage invoices and address inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Work efficiently within a fast-paced office environment.
  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy while meeting tight deadlines.

**Requirements:**

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience in a GMP/GDP environment, pharmaceutical industry, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus.
