Planned Works Administrator

Job Role: We are seeking a skilled Planned Works Administrator to join our growing team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage all departmental orders for suppliers, subcontractors, and other external parties.
  • Coordinate the registration of works on various portals through accrediting bodies such as NFRC and FENSA.
  • Arrange the hire of plant and equipment, and maintain an accurate company hire database.
  • Produce comprehensive site management packs for new contracts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service support and serve as the main point of contact for operational staff within the planned works department.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including email correspondence, typing, photocopying, scanning, archiving, and telephone support.
  • Assist with ad hoc duties as reasonably requested by the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the building or construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach to collaborate with colleagues.
