Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Astley Day Nursery and Preschool.
About the RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, promoting their development towards key milestones. You will also develop and maintain strong parent/carer partnerships, ensuring child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and happy environment
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator)
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children
