Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive living environment.

Essential Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent (highly desirable) or a willingness to undergo this qualification once employed.
  • Experience in a children's home setting (highly desirable).
  • Passion to help nurture young people.
  • Flexibility to work 24 to 48 hour shift patterns, including sleep-ins.
  • Full, UK driving license (essential).
  • All candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations.
