Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in Stafford. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children and young people in our residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential setting
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive living environment
  • Engage in activities and therapies to promote the physical, emotional, and social development of our residents

Essential Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent (highly desirable) or a willingness to undergo this qualification once employed
  • Experience in a children's home setting (highly desirable)
  • Passion to help nurture young people
  • Flexibility to work 24 to 48 hour shift patterns (including sleep-in) - rota given in advance but likely to be 2 on 4 off
  • Full, UK driving licence (essential)
  • All candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations
