About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Supporter Care Specialist to join our Fundraising Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our supporters have a positive and memorable experience with our charity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and steward supporters to inspire them around their giving and maximize their fundraising potential.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of donations, while being a first point of contact to supporters.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Develop and implement engaging supporter-focused communications that inspire and delight.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the effective running of the Fundraising team.
Requirements
  • A positive, warm, and proactive approach to work and people.
  • Passion for supporter experience and improving the lives of children and young people with epilepsy.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a willingness to continually learn and upskill.
  • Experience in supporter or customer care with a proven track record in excellent customer relationships.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and/or databases, including data management.
  • Experience in an administration role.
