**About Door**

Door Ventures Inc., a fast-growing fintech firm, operates in the global asset management and wealth management industry. We work with asset managers and asset allocators (professional fund investors / manager research firms) in over 30 countries.

As technology, wealth, and asset management converge, Door brings asset allocators and asset managers together to empower and improve engagement across the investment industry. Door streamlines information exchange through a global, data-enabled network that benefits all stakeholders.

**The Role**

We are seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to lead and extend relationships with our growing client base, with a primary focus on asset managers. The CRM is a key role, helping onboard and implement clients systematically and helping them utilize the Door platform to retain their service.

  • Maintain strong relationships with Door’s current asset manager clients, while also supporting Door’s asset allocator clients
  • Build individual relationships within client firms (e.g., RFP, Sales/Distribution, Fund Analysts, and Marketing teams) to understand differing user cases
  • Onboard asset managers to Door’s platform, implementing and following up systematically
  • Present to asset managers’ client-facing teams and provide platform demos, directing other Door colleagues to meet asset managers when required
  • Ensure asset managers can be responsive to their clients (asset allocators) on Door and drive engagement
  • Support Sales and other CRMs for both asset manager and asset allocator-related queries
  • Ability to work in a technical capacity, capturing client feedback, and working with Door’s technology team to develop new services and digital tools for our clients
  • Help drive Door’s strategic initiatives, working alongside Door’s internal teams, and source potential new opportunities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident in building lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders, liaising with all levels of authority, navigating cultural and user case differences
  • Ability to negotiate and influence clients to achieve best results and retain their service
  • Self-starting and motivated to improve processes for both the clients and internally, challenging the status quo
  • Problem-solver with a pragmatic attitude to identify clear routes and processes to yield results
  • Humble, team player that is flexible to support colleagues and work on other initiatives to help drive Door’s strategic goals
