Role Overview

Regal Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Financial Advisory Associate to join their team, specializing in the tech sector. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an investment professional to leverage their experience in financial modelling and transaction support.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of full-service investment banking experience, preferably from a top-tier FIG or TAS background. Strong financial modelling skills are essential, with the ability to work independently and support transactions with minimal supervision. A proven track record of working in the field, soliciting interest from buy-side tech investors, and bi- or multilingual fluency in English and another continental language are also desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support senior advisors on transactions, providing financial analysis and recommendations.
  2. Develop and maintain complex financial models to advise clients on strategic decisions.
  3. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including buy-side investors and industry experts.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on financial modelling and transaction support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CFA Level 2 or 3 certification (desired).
  • Bi- or multilingual fluency in English and another continental language.
Salary and Benefits
