Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each young person
- Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring a strong support network for our residents
- Foster open communication with young people, parents, and carers to promote their welfare
- Maintain high-quality care standards, adhering to regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Address complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in residential care, with a supervisory role within the last 5 years
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or willingness to start within 6 months
- Understanding of childcare legislation, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage challenging behavior
