Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each young person
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring a strong support network for our residents

Requirements and Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in residential care, with a supervisory role within the last 5 years
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or willingness to start within 6 months
  • Understanding of childcare legislation, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage challenging behavior
