Workday Solutions Architect

Cloud2 Consult is seeking an experienced Workday Solutions Architect to join our team in London. This is a permanent full-time role with market-leading packages, including bonuses, and extensive benefits.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to develop and support our Enterprise IT Finance Architecture. You will work closely with stakeholders from Finance, IT, and our internal development teams, as well as external partners. Your expertise will be crucial in providing thought leadership and innovation in building and improving existing and new systems integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain our Enterprise IT Finance Architecture, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Provide expertise in architectural principles, project governance, and finance systems.
  • Improve and optimize existing finance systems, leveraging your knowledge of Workday Financials, Adaptive, and Accounting Center.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, simplifying complex topics to enable understanding and buy-in.
  • Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders to drive successful change projects.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Highly experienced in architectural principles and project governance.
  • Strong knowledge of finance systems and accounting processes.
  • Ability to improve and optimize existing finance systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday Financials, Adaptive, and Accounting Center.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
