About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the design and implementation of our Workday Financials, Adaptive, and Accounting Center solutions. As a Workday Solutions Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders from Finance, IT, and our internal development teams to provide thought leadership and innovation in building and improving existing and new systems integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support our Enterprise IT Finance Architecture, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement technical architecture that aligns with business objectives.
- Provide expertise in Workday Financials, Adaptive, and Accounting Center, as well as finance systems and accounting processes.
- Improve and optimize existing finance systems, leveraging your knowledge of P2P, O2C, AP, AR, and other accounting processes.
- Lead workshops and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, simplifying complex topics to enable understanding and buy-in.
- Manage, mentor, and develop teams to drive successful change projects and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
- Proven track record in delivering complex finance change management and transformation projects.
- Strong business acumen and experience in delivering successful change projects using Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across various functions and stakeholders.
- Experience in process mapping, data analysis, reporting, and optimization.
