Workday Extend Architect (Manager) Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Extend Architect (Manager) to lead our implementation efforts and deliver exceptional service to our global clientele. As a key member of our team, you will shape the future of Workday Extend solutions and drive excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Extend and Integrations, providing guidance and support to clients and team members.
  2. Project Management: Oversee all phases of Workday Extend implementations, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  3. Consultative Approach: Collaborate with clients to understand their planning processes and recommend solutions that meet their unique needs and requirements.
  4. People Development: Manage, coach, and mentor a small team, focusing on performance and career development.
  5. Capability Building: Play a pivotal role in attracting, recruiting, and developing senior talent within your region.
Requirements:
  1. Certified in Workday Extend and Integrations.
  2. Extensive experience in designing and building custom software applications, preferably in Extend.
  3. Expert knowledge of web service technologies (REST and SOAP).
  4. Proficient in Excel, particularly in designing complex financial planning models.
  5. Strong understanding of Workday and SaaS delivery methodologies.
  6. Excellent consulting and project management skills, with the ability to navigate conflicting demands.
People Management (if applicable):
  1. Set and review team goals aligned with company objectives.
  2. Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training opportunities.
  3. Engage in recruitment and talent retention efforts.
