Job Title: Disability Scheme Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Disability Scheme Manager to join our team at Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust.

As a Disability Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for providing a residential scheme manager service to our sheltered housing residents at Mistral Court / Sturdee Grove, York.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide a high-quality residential scheme manager service to our residents
* Work closely with the JRHT Housing team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
* Develop and implement activities that meet the needs and wishes of our residents
* Provide excellent communication and support to our residents and their relatives

Requirements:

* Experience of working with older people
* Ability to support and develop activities appropriate to the needs and wishes of residents
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work alone and on your own initiative
* DBS check
