Event Hospitality Coordinator

We are seeking an Event Waiting Staff to join our team at WSH Group. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a event environment and excellent communication skills.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 12 hours per week. You will be responsible for greeting members and guests, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining cleanliness in the front-of-house area.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Seating: Greet members and guests as they arrive, provide a warm welcome, and assist with seating arrangements.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accurate communication of offerings to guests.
- Monitoring: Monitor event activity to anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area, back-of-house area, and dining room.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience within a event environment is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Initiative: Ability to act with initiative is necessary.
- Team Player: A supportive team player is required.
This role offers an hourly rate of £13.50 and the opportunity to work in a dynamic event environment.
