Hospitality Events Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Events Coordinator to join our team at Levy UK + Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the culinary team to develop and plan menus, incorporating future food trends and novel presentation styles. They will also be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in kitchen operations, ensuring consistent high-quality food service that exceeds client expectations.

In addition, the Hospitality Events Coordinator will participate in stock management and assist with inventory control when required. They will also supervise the kitchen team in the absence of senior staff members, promoting a positive work environment and adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in catering, preferably in a progressive and fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and food innovation.
