About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Psychotherapeutic Counsellor to join our team at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a member of our team, you will be working closely with clients presenting with mild to moderate mental health needs, providing evidence-based interventions and clinical assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver face-to-face, remote video, and telephone sessions to clients
  • Work autonomously within the service, managing your caseload and time effectively
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

Requirements

  • Recognised postgraduate level training in a psychological therapy
  • Professionally accredited/registered as specified in the relevant appendix
  • Experience in delivering specialist psychological therapy, with a track record of delivering positive outcomes
  • Ability to manage your caseload and time effectively
  • High standards in written communication
