We are seeking a dedicated Rapid Response Support Worker for our Sussex region.

This position offers a guaranteed hours contract, paying an enhanced salary, mileage, and eventually a Company Car.

You will have the ability and flexibility to work across all of our clients in Sussex, covering a wide range of ages and medical needs.

This role is perfect for a Senior Support Worker with experience in Complex Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full personal care for clients
  • Confident and clear communication with clients
  • Ability to assist clients with moving and handling, including use of a hoist
  • Confident ability to manage client seizures, including administering emergency medication and VNS
  • Administering complex care to clients, including PEG feeding, ventilator care, suctioning, management of colostomy bag, and tracheostomy care
  • Prioritising the client's wellbeing, including raising any safeguarding concerns

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a UK care environment
  • Strong complex care experience
  • Full, clean UK driving license
