Customer Service and Leadership Driving Tutor Role

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic driving instructors to join our team at My Four Wheels, one of the UK's leading driving schools. As a driving instructor with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of students, each with their own learning style and goals.
The current market demand for driving instructors is exceptionally high, resulting from test centre backlogs caused by COVID-19. This creates a great chance for skilled professionals to start a new career as a driving instructor.
One of the key benefits of becoming a driving instructor with us is the possibility of earning higher hourly rates. In the past year, our driving instructors have seen their average hourly rate increase by £3 per hour due to the high demand for their services.
In addition, more than 70% of our driving instructors currently have waiting lists, some lasting up to six months. This highlights the strong reputation and customer base we have built.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable working independently. As a driving instructor with us, you will benefit from:

We offer a competitive annual salary of £28,000 - £38,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
