About the Role

Shooting Star Children's Hospices is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Shop Manager to join their team in Guildford.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of volunteers to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain shop premises and assets to a high standard, adhering to legal requirements and organisational policies
  • Assist the Shop Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective management

About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced retail professional with a strong track record in managing shops and leading teams. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable using IT systems and EPOS reporting.
