About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Coffee Connoisseur to join our team at One Retail. As a Coffee Connoisseur, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and crafting high-quality beverages that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of specialty drinks and food items that meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding environment.
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on brewing methods, beverage blends, and food preparation techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
  • Identify and report any maintenance needs for brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Represent One Retail and maintain a positive brand image through excellent customer service and a professional demeanor.
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
