The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 per annum, plus benefits.

About the Job

This is a permanent contract with a hybrid work pattern, requiring two days per week in the office.

The Donor Experience Director will play a key role in ensuring that all donations and enquiries are processed efficiently and effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Supporter Engagement team and develop effective community fundraising strategies.
  • Manage and resolve sensitive enquiries and complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with charity regulations and data protection practices.

Required skills and qualifications include experience in community fundraising, team leadership, and data management.
