Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Hays. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial management and analysis to support the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive enhanced profitability and business performance.
- Manage the accounting ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the annual audit process and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with a strong academic record.
- Proven experience in financial management and analysis, with a focus on delivering high-quality financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
